I've made some executive decisions about the site and club. As always, this isnt set in stone, and I will change this if you lot dont agree.
1. All bets should be PUT UP ON THE SITE by the person betting, as a comment, by the Friday night. Saves us all texting, and we can all look at it to see the bets. I will put the bets on as i always do (well, most of the time), then put confirmation on the site. You guys then know whether the bets have been made or not.
2. At the end of this season, we will go out for a beer, or more if we can, with the excess from £100, so we have all got our initial £25 still in the account. Anyone else who wants to join can, although we will try and keep the numbers manageable. I've got a couple of people who have expressed an interest. Anyone that wants in will have to pay £25.
3. From the start of next season, we will also pay £10 each to the kitty, monthly. This is a new idea, and you're probably wondering why I've suggested this. First, the idea comes from a colleague of mine who does a betting club where they all pay £5 a week. I reckon that is too much, as it works out at more than £20 a month. £10 a month isnt too much, its just a buy-in at poker or a medium bet, and if we do this it grows the pot quite quickly. Then if we get a decent couple of betting weeks, we could have a serious sized pot. If we had been doing it this year, our pot could easily be about £500 by now at the same rate of growth. As we would still have the rule about only betting a fifth of the pot, it would never all be on the line at any time.
4. Anyone can leave or join at anytime, but anyone joining has to match the amount in the kitty per player (ie there's £180 in the account now, so anyone joining would have to pay £45 to get involved), and anyone leaving can take their fair share of the kitty. Once a year, we get a dividend payment, or a piss up.
5. If we decided to do this, it wouldnt be much trouble. I could pay £40 a month into the account, and you three could set up direct debits to me. Thoughts?

Sorry about lack of comments on the proposals this week lads but i have had a busy week. I think they are all good though, keep up the good work tim.
As for this weeks bets, im gonna go for these bad boys:

Sorry for the recent performance lads but I vow to turn it round before the end of the season!
All fine with me. Just have to decide between Vegas and Monte Carlo for the end of season piss up.
