Bob and Andy's bets 1 Nov

After seventy four consecutive weeks without a winning bet, Andy and Bob step up this week with £27.50 each to spend, in a bid to win us some cash and get this show back on the road. Currently in first and second in a pretty dismal looking league table, let's see if the boys can have a good week.

Bob;
Exeter City v Chester City £13.50 @ 1.88 wins £24.79
Bradford City v Barnet £14.00 @ 1.8 losing bet

Andy;
Portsmouth v Wigan Athletic £12.50 @ 4.5 wins £54.06
West Brom v Blackburn Rovers £15 @ 2.58 losing bet

A week of real highs and lows this week, but a tremendous profit of £23.85. With about twenty minutes to go, all four bets were up, but we had to be satisfied with two out of four. Bradford and Barnet shared six goals, with Bradford taking the lead three times but letting in three equalisers. Exeter had fewer problems in disposing with Chester, however and won 2-0. West Brom came back from a goal down to lead 2-1 against Blackburn who were down to ten men. Incredibly, though, Blackburn let in a last minute equaliser to cost us about £40. When Wigan, who had been 1-0 up for the whole afternoon, also conceded late on it looked like it was going to be one of those days. Step forward Emile Heskey, who scored a late winner to make it a beauty of a week instead of a beast. The balance is now £190.99, which means Scott and Tony both have £31.50 to bet with next week.

Decent little earner this week. If the other two had of come in we really could have had a superb weekend. In the end though we still did nicely.

Good luck to Tony and Scott this weekend - lets try and get a bit of a run going, the site total needs a vast improvement!
