Tony has made the point that we need to have a system in place to stop bets going unmatched like last week.
We already have got such a system in place. You are supposed to have your bets up on the spreadsheet by 5pm on Friday, or there is no guaranteee that they will get matched. When they are on the spreadsheet I match them and then put the matched odds on the spreadsheet for everyone to see. When there is something in the matched odds column, or when the actual odds are on the site, you know the bets are matched.
Last week, Chris had his up in time and they were put on. Evs phoned me on Saturday morning, and I was on the way to a wedding. I gave him the password for the account, but for some reason he forgot to click bet on the bet that didnt get matched. The week before, I was again going out early on the Saturday but it just so happened that I gave the site one last check before I caved in, to see if Tony had put his bets up and, luckily, he was doing it at that very moment.
Anyway, this week's bets;
£21.50 to spend;
Tim;
Spurs v Bolton £15.00 @ 3.9
14.20 Chepstow, Saturday Big Fella Thanks £6.50 @ 2.22
Steve;
13.35 Aintree Striking Article £13.50 @ 3.25
23.00 Santa. Breeders Classic Soldier of Fortune £8 @ 5.00
