A mixed week, as my Wigan bet came up trumps, the Latics beating Hull by 5. My other bet, Forest, conceded 5 though, as they crashed at Wolves. Who could have foreseen that after Steve's Sunderland tip was made that Shaun Wright-Phillips would re-sign for Man City, leading them to a 3-0 victory at the Stadium of Light? Villa's failure to break down a stubborn Liverpool side made it a bad opening week for Steve, but the account made a profit, albeit slight, of £0.66. Bob and Andy step up once more next week, where, after the monthly top-ups that take the account to £225.64 they will have £37.50 to spend.
