Evs and Chris 3 Dec 2009

£30 to spend each;

Chris -

Worcester v Sale £15 @ 2.3 match postponed
FA Cup Treble - Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea £15 @ 2.0 losing bet
Brive v Perpignan £15 @ 2.38 wins £34.71

Evs -
FA Cup Treble - Arsenal, Villa, Everton £15 @ 2.39 wins £34.81
FA Cup Double - Stoke and West Ham £15 @ 3.08 losing bet

Well done to Evs and Chris. Another profitable week, as the betting club slowly but surely gets back on track.
Sale was postponed early on Sat, so Chris went for Perpignan to beat Brive instead, which was a winner, netting £34.71. Meanwhile his other bet only went down in horrific fashion when Chelsea missed a whole host of chances and conceded an equaliser right on full time against Southend. By this point, Evs' first bet had already gone down when Stoke, the first leg of his double with easy winners West Ham, lost to Hartlepool 2-0. On his other bet, Arsenal and Everton got past lower league opposition in second gear before Villa finished off a winning treble for Evs as he went ten pence better than Chris, for a return of £34.81. A profit of £9.52 for the week then, for a balance of £262.38; meaning Stevie Nuwar and I will have £31.50 to spend next week.
