A backwards step this week, as none of our bets came off, and we lost £85. Ipswich lost to Doncaster and Grays beat Oxford, who were my tip to Evs. To rub it in further, Barnsley, who Evs had originally chosen, came back form a goal down to beat Watford 2-1. In the rugby, there were away wins for Argentina and Australia as the credit crunch bit us hard. This means that Steve and I will have £28.50 to bet with as the account is at £171.50.

Hope Oxford win by the final whistle but just checked table. Grays are only in the bottom 3 because of their away form (0 point from 9), they look quite good at home. Doh!!
To be fair, Grays' form was rubbish, Oxford's form over the last month was fantastic, Grays had some serious injury concerns going into the game and Oxford had a clean bill of health. Also, Grays had an FA Cup replay at home to League One Carlisle two days after the game to concern themselves with. Best laid plans and all that.
